Former Vice Chairman, Nigerian Referees Association, Ilorin South, Alhaji Ahmed Commends Gov. Abdulrazak Over Stadium Renovation

Former Vice Chairman, Nigerian Referees Association, NRA, Ilorin South, Alhaji Abdul Azeez Ahmed, has expressed satisfaction at the ongoing renovation works at Kwara State Stadium, preparatory to the commencement of the elite soccer league where Kwara United will be campaigning on the facility as it’s home turf.

According to the former referee association top gun, the works so far meets with global standard in his reckoning.

Alhaji Ahmed made the Commendation while speaking with sports writers in Ilorin on Tuesday.

He said the development is good omen for kwara state considering the difficulties Kwara United football team encountered when playing home matches in Ibadan and Akure the home venue the club adopted last season.

Alhaji Ahmed charged the management and the players of kwara United to redouble thier efforts by justifying the Good gestures of the Governor towards the team.

Alhaji Ahmed also praised the Governor AbdulRaman for appointing Mr Jimoh Oke Jimoh as a team Manager for Kwara United Football team.

He described the appointment of Mr Oke as the team Manager of the team as well deserved and right peg in the round hole.
