Okaa Sports FA continue their impressive run in the ongoing Kwara Youth League as they cruised past Olufahaz FA with another polished and bravery victory.
The encounter which was played at KFA pitch of Kwara State Stadium, Ilorin on Saturday saw Okaa Sports FA showing superiority over their opponents despite the insipid display.
The team looked uninspiring in the early minutes of the game but gave their opponents no any breathing space as Olufahaz FA lacked match fitness in the game.
Despite Okaa Sports FA lacking cohesion and coordination in the middle of the pack with their drab play, while they couldn’t even buried most of their chances.
But they kept mounting on pressure to search for an opener.
The hard work shown in front of goal later paid off as and it was a quickfire goal as Taiye Abdulrasak opened the scoring with a nice finish before Oluwaniyi Seyi extended the lead with another cool finish to put his team into the driving seats.
Olufahaz FA showed their mettle surging forward to reduce the deficit in the second half but Okaa Sports FA remain resolutely at the back to defend their lead.
But before then, Nurudeen Sodiq had put the game to bed with a nice aplomb in the second half as Okaa Sports FA proved their superiority to seal their third victory in the ongoing league.
Recall the team had won their first two matches by defeating Abraysports FA and KFA respectively.
And with another polished and bravery victory, Okaa Sports FA now have three wins in three games, taking them to nine points on the log in the ongoing Kwara Youth League.
Okaa Sports FA were pitted in group A alongside KFA, Abraysports FA, Great Glorious FA, Barca Kiddies, Olufahaz FA and Alabama FA.
