Oscar Adeyemo Charges Grassroots Coaches To Be Discipline

The Head Coach of Oscar Football Academy, Ilorin, Coach Adeyemo Oladimeji Samuel has advised grassroots coaches not make money priorities.

Adeyemo popularly known as Coach Oscar gave the advised while speaking in an interview with journalist on Sunday.

He said, “We that are grassroots coaches, we shouldn’t make money priorities, any players who misbehave, should know he misbehaved”

“Coaches must inculcate the act of discipline into their team and money shouldn’t come first before selecting any good player at their disposals, stressing that discipline should be the watchword for grassroots coaches.”

He further stressed that it will be very difficult for a coach who takes money priorities to pick quality players.

Adeyemo who just completed his CAF Coaching Licence, said that relationship with other coaches is cordial and going on smoothly.

Oscar Football Academy emerged the champions of Kwara Made Us Football Championship sponsored by Valuejet in early this year.

Adeyemo Oladimeji Samuel however said that his ambition is to further his coaching course, affirming that UEFA Coaching Licence is next on his agenda.

He also noted that, some of his players have gone for trials across and outside the shore of the country.

Earlier, Adeyemo also advised the players to inculcate the act of discipline, noting that they shouldn’t be hasty and to always wait for their destined time.

Coach Adeyemo Oladimeji Samuel however thanked the teeming fans for their tremendous and unwavering supports to the team.
