Paul Aderibigbe was on target in the encounter that saw Ikorodu City defeated Inter Lagos 4-3 in Lagos derby,in the Match Day 19 of Nigeria National League (NNL)
The thrilling encounter was played at Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan Lagos on Saturday.
Aderibigbe came on for Sulaimon Babatunde in the 38 minutes of the pulsating encounter witnessed by soccer fans, he netted from the penalty spot in the 86 minutes of the game
But before he registered his name on the score sheet, Aderibigbe showed more grits, passion, hard work and determination in helping his team upfront tormenting the defense of their opponent.
He was later substituted few minutes after scoring from the penalty spot for Adekunle Fatai towards the tail of the Scintillating outing.
Paul Aderibigbe has scored 5 goals for Ikorodu City in this campaign and his not relenting as he is eyeing for more goals to help the team to gain promotion to the apex league.
The victory made it the second time this season they have defeated them as they did so in the final of the Lagos State Federation Cup at the same venue.
