The Coaches Association of Kwara State Boxing Club in collaboration with the Yucateco Boxing Promotion have concluded arrangement to organise a scouting competition to discover new talents boxers in Kwara State.
The boxing trial according to the state boxing club would give the young upcoming boxers within the nooks and crannies of the 16th local government area of the state the opportunity to showcase their God given talents.
The Yucateco team led by the Technical Manager Olushola Ajala would arrive Ilorin the state capital this week to stage the boxing trial schedule to hold on Sunday 14th of July, 2024 at the Queen Elizabeth Secondary School Hall, Ilorin.
The new discovery boxers at the end of the trial will be picked by Yucateco Boxing Promotion, who would now expose them to the outside world.
The Technical Manager, Olushola Ajala said Yucateco is determined give full support in developing and raising boxers from the grassroots.
