Kwara Football Association Chairman Mall. Abdullahi Musa Idris joined the league of FA chairmen’s at the 2023 NFF General Assembly.
The 79th General Assembly is the first to take place since the inception of Alh Ibrahim Gusau’s administration as the President of the Nigerian Football Federation and also the first after Abdullahi Musa Idris was re-elected as the Chairman of Kwara Football Association.
The Kaiama Born football administrator was re-elected for the second time, having defeated Engr. Abdullateef Olaide Ahmed.
He gathered 19 votes out of 23 votes to win the 2023 Kwara State Football Association elections.
Notable dignitaries were also in attendance to grace the opening ceremony of the 79th NFF General Assembly In Uyo today, Sunday 10th, September 2023.

The Executive Governor of Akwa-Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno who was ably represented by the State Deputy Governor Senator on behalf of the Governor welcomed Football administrators, Journalists and all to Akwa-Ibom State, the land of Promise.
Meanwhile, the Honorable Minister of Sports Development, Senator John Enoh called for more women in football circle.
