Okaa  Sports FC have booked their place to the Semi Final of the ongoing Emir of Ilorin Cup, 2023 defeating Sunshine FC by 1nil.

The quarter-final match was played at the Kwara Football Academy pitch on Thursday.

Okaa Sports with their scintillating performance scored a late second half goal via Shehu Oyeyode after a inch perfect pass from Hakeem Sa’ad to sealed the victory.

The thrilling encounter of soccer artistry between the side who came into the game gun blazing for a semi-final berth.

Sunshine FC fought with everything they had to restore the parity but Okaa Sports remained resolute as they defended with their hearts and souls to progressed.

In his reactions, Okaa Sports Chairman, Alh Adelodun Abdullahi expressed his joy over the victory, adding that he his looking beyond the semi-finals as their focus is on winning the title.
