Padel Tennis Set to Launch in Osogbo – Ijoba Sports Unveils Exciting Plans

As the highly anticipated launch of the “Padel Tennis” sports project in Osogbo draws near, Ipadel Team, the driving force behind the initiative, shares insights into its plans to make the game accessible to sports enthusiasts and the general public.

In a statement to the press, Mr. Olusola Alabi, also known as “Ijoba Sports,” the media and publicity manager of the team, emphasized that Padel Tennis is an inclusive game for all.

“We are excited to introduce this new sport to the people of Osun State. Padel Tennis is not only fun but also easy to play, fostering relationships and partnerships among table tennis, tennis, footballers, and other athletes. The court is ready, and we’ll soon announce the launch date. We are fully prepared,” explained Ijoba Sports.

He further assured that certified and professional coaches would guide beginners to a standard level, ensuring a smooth learning experience.

“As a new game, certified coaches with a deep understanding of Padel Tennis will be in charge. They will train beginners to reach a standard level. We have made all necessary preparations to make the game accessible to the general public,” he emphasized.

In terms of creating awareness for the game, Ijoba Sports highlighted meticulous planning, including courtesy visits to prominent individuals, sports stakeholders, and media houses in the state.

Ijoba Sports urged sports enthusiasts across the state to embrace the new sports project, emphasizing its significance in the development of the sports sector in Osun State.

He clarified that the project is a private investment solely handled by Ipadel Team and appealed to the state government for support.
