Precious Gbotemi Aims To Record More Gold for Kwara in Future

Precious Gbotemi, who contributed a gold medal to Team Kwara’s at the 8th National Youth Games, hope to win more gold for the state in future championships.

Speaking to journalists after receiving her gold medal at a brief ceremony, Gbotemi expressed her elation and fulfillment, noting that she feels honored to be recognized in the annals of Kwara State as a Youth Games medalist.

Coach Habeeb Sanni, making his debut as the Badminton coach for Team Kwara, expressed gratitude to God for this achievement. He credited the success at this year’s Youth Games to the opportunities and supportive environment provided by the Kwara State Sports Commission, led by Mallam Bola Magaji.

“We are poised to achieve more in future championships, and we will continue to train diligently to meet our targets,” Coach Habeeb concluded.
