Kwara Nmanko BSC has finished the phase of the Nigeria Beach Soccer League in Kaduna on an impressive note after winning their third game against Kebbi United BSC by three goals to two to be in contention for playoff.
Nmanko BSC under Coach Lawal Oloyede played three games and won two, a replica of what happened in Kebbi in the first round, is expected to return to Ilorin on Tuesday for another rigorous preparation for the third round billed for few months to come.
Reacting to the development, the acting Chairman of the Kwara State Beach Board , Engr Idris Jibril commended players and officials of the team for their determination and resilience despite challenges facing the club, noting that the board will not relent in achieving podium finish at the end of the League.
He appreciated other board members, Kwara FA and stakeholders, particularly the sponsor of the team, Mallam Attahiru Ibrahim former SA Sports, for their unwavering support towards a hitch free appearance in the just concluded second round of the Nigeria Beach Soccer League in Kaduna, asking them to sustain the spirit as there are still two more phases ahead of the board .
