AFCON: Okaa Sports FC Chairman Urges Nigerians To Remain Calm, Charges Eagles To Lift The Trophy

Ahead of the final of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations tie between Super Eagles of Nigeria and the Elephants of Ivory Coast.

Chairman Okaa Sports FC Alhaji Abdullahi Adelodun urged fans, supporters, and stakeholders in Nigeria and the world at large to give all their supports to Jose Peseiro led side.

Chairman Okaa Sports, said his word of encouragement to the team is to go out gun blazing to lift the trophy for Nigerians, most especially the fans who lost their lives afterwards of the semifinals match against Bafana Bafana of South Africa.

He advice Nigerians to take it at ease and be tension free before, during and after the match.

However he charged Nigerians to pray for the team for the victory and bring the trophy back to Nigeria.

Recall Super Eagles last won the trophy in 2013 and they are going for the 4th titles quest against the hosts nation, Ivory Coast.

The encounter will take place at Alassane Outtara Stadium, Ebimpe in Abidjan by 9pm Nigeria time.
