The Association of Kwara Online Media Practitioners (ASKOMP) has commended Senator representing Kwara Central Senatorial District in the Nigerian Senate, Senator Salihu Mustapha for the Ramadan package distributed to members.
In a statement signed by ASKOMP Chairman, Salihu Shola Taofiq, on Tuesday in Ilorin, he conveyed the association’s appreciation for Senator’s commitment to fostering unity and support within the media community during the holy month of Ramadan.
Salihu said the kind gesture by the Senator is seen as a commendable initiative, reflecting his understanding of the importance of solidarity and communal support, especially during religious observances.
The ASKOMP chairman emphasized the significance of such acts of generosity in fostering a sense of belonging and unity among media professionals and public office holders.
