Bodija Tragedy: Karim Adeyemi Foundation Takes Swift Action In Support Of Victims

In the wake of the recent explosion in the Bodija area of Ibadan, the Karim Adeyemi Foundation, a non-governmental organization, has swiftly responded by visiting the affected sites.

The president of the organization, Mr. Abiodun Adeyemi, widely known as “Baba Abe” visited the Adeyi area in Bodija and the emergency unit of the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, to assess and extend support to the injured victims.

Expressing heartfelt condolences to the victims’ families, “Baba Abe” assured them of the foundation’s commitment to promptly providing relief materials as a compassionate gesture of support.

Highlighting the gravity of the incident, he stated, “We are initiating the distribution of relief materials to aid the victims, demonstrating our solidarity and care during this challenging time. Our thoughts are with them, and we wish them a speedy recovery.”

The president urged the public to remain calm and vigilant, as the cause of the explosion is yet to be determined.

The Karim Adeyemi Foundation, based in Ibadan, is dedicated to community development and humanitarian services.
