Honorable member representing Ogbomoso North, South and Orire Federal Constituency, Hon. Olamijuwonlo Alao-Akala has urged the Minister of Power, Hon. Bayo Adelabu on the completion of abandoned Ogbomoso power station 132/33KVA transmission project.
Hon. Akala made this known while paying a courtesy visit to Dr Zaccheaus Adedeji in his office.
His visitation was to formally congratulate Dr. Zaccheaus Adedeji on his confirmation as the Executive Chairman of Federal Inland Revenue Service, FIRS by the Senate, which his visitation was extended to the Honorable Minister of Power, Hon. Bayo Adelabu.
Hon. Akala who’s also the Chairman House Committee on Youths in Parliament, urged Hon. Bayo Adelabu to swiftly see to the completion of the project so that his constituents can enjoy regular and uninterrupted power supply.
In which is request was gladly obliged by the Hon. Minister of Power.
He said, he was confident that under their astute leadership, wealth of experience and sound academic pedigree the FIRS and Ministry of Power will continue to set the pace in the evolving development and economic prosperity of Nigeria.
