Coach Tunde Sanni of Kwara United is optimistic about Kwara United upcoming NPFL match against Abia Warriors in Umuahia, Abia State Capital.
Drawing on his familiarity with the local terrain, he believes this insight will provide his team a competitive advantage.
Speaking after a light training session on Friday, Sanni remarked, “This is my former home; I know the terrain, and we know ourselves. This is an edge over them.”
Following a successful match against Remo Stars, he noted the players are in high spirits and eager to build on their momentum.
Currently, Kwara United is in 13th position in the league after four games with 5 points, they have an outstanding match against El-Kanemi Warriors pending.
Sanni underscored the need for strong performances to honor the club’s investment in the team.
