Chief Solomon Ogba, Chairman LOC of the 8th National Youth Games has commended the indepth and extensively reportage of the games.
Chief Ogba made the commendation at the media center of Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba, Delta State on Monday.
Ogba highlighted that, the coverage of the games is exceptional, commended the journalists on ground for incredible reporting.
He also lauded the work of the media for projecting the game positively with unbiased and balance reporting.
The former Delta state commissioner for sports, further applauded the media for the elevation of the game through their comprehensive reporting.
While commenting on the welfarism of the journalist of the various media outlets at the NYG, He pleaded journalists to remain calm as the members of media committee are working assiduously to address the issue.
He affirmed that, it has been a positive results during the competition and this can’t be achieved without the aid of media on ground projecting the games to the outer world.
Chief Solomon Ogba however concluded that, having 35 states including FCT in the competition, is a record breaking and as yielded a positive results compared to the previous editions.
