Kwara Handball Team has qualified for the semi finals of the ongoing 7th National Youth Games in Asaba, Delta State after demolishing Lagos by 52 to 26 points.
The team which was in the high spirit dazzled and entertained their fans and supporters in a thrilling encounter played early this morning at Ogawachuwku Stadium in Asaba.
In a post match chat with Journalists after the game, Coach Emka Nnamani of Kwara state, expressed delight and happiness over the victory, noting that effective training in the camp, preceding the national contest paved way for the success.
He reiterated the determination of the team to cross the hurdles of the semi final tomorrow to stand a chance of podium finish.
