Arrangements have been concluded to host the Executive Chairman of Kwara State Sports Commission, Mallam Bolakale Mogaji; according to Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) Kwara State Chapter.
In a statement jointly issued by the Chairman, Ayodeji Ismail and Secretary, Dare Kuti of Kwara SWAN; the third edition of Sports Hard Talk will be held at the Conference Hall of the Commission on 17th April, 2024 (Wednesday).
The statement read that the event will afford Sports Commission boss to speak on the recently approved upgrade of the Indoor sports Hall by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and other salient major issues of present administration geared towards sports development.
It said, “Sports Hard Talk is an initiative of Kwara SWAN to give sports administrators the opportunity feature sports administrators to educate and enlighten the public on the policy and program of their office.
“Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has invested hugely in sports and we want the number one sports administrator in the state to give us a load down his achievements and ongoing projects.
“Since the Executive Chairman, Mallam Bolakale Mogaji took over; Kwara State has been able to record a significant improvement in their positions at the National Youth Games as well as National Sports Festival”
The session which is billed for 1pm at the conference room of the commission is expected to have members of the association from various media organizations in attendance.
