YUCATECO Boxing League: Kwara Born Abdulsalam Alata Wins Another Knockout Fight

Abdulsalam Alata has set another record as the first boxer to win Knockout fight Consecutively in round one of the bout, at the YUCATECO Boxing League Season 2.

Alata was discovered during Peteru Sports Management/YUCATECO Boxing Promotion Scouting Program in Ilorin in July 2024.

The Kwara-born boxer who was in action for his club “OGBAS BOXING CLUB” knocked out his opponent in round one of the bout.

Abdulsalam Alata who hails from Ojagbooro Area of Ilorin has now made another history
as the first boxer to achieve the feat in YUCATECO BOXING League Season 2.

Recall Alata also knocked out his Kwara born opponent, Jimoh Ismail Alapata of ABG SPLENDID BOXING in his first bout last week.

He’s of the boxers with highest individual points in the league with 10 points, putting his club ahead in the overall table over other clubs competing in the league.

YUCATECO League Season 2 is currently ongoing in Lagos State, the Lagos league center is hosting while Kwara is also bid to host the league later this year.
